About Me

I was motivated to train as a counsellor for two main reasons. Firstly, I had seen the benefits it brought to family and friends. Secondly, I have always been interested in end of life care and was keen to become a bereavement counsellor. I trained for both and I enjoy volunteering at my local hospice at the same time as running my private practice.

I work with a wide range of therapeutic issues including stress, depression and anxiety. I have specialist training in eating disorders, couples counselling and bereavement.

As an accredited member of BACP I am bound by their Code of Ethics and am committed to my own on-going personal and professional development.

Sometimes it just helps to talk to someone. Someone who will listen and not judge.
